Capital Needs

City-Financial aims to secure an initial equity capital infusion of $50 million, sourced from international private equity investors. These investors will receive a combination of common and convertible preferred shares as an expression of their investment commitment. In addition to this equity capital, the company plans to leverage its financial position with an additional $150 million in debt financing, with specific terms to be worked out through negotiations between City-Financial and its senior lenders.
